Frequently Asked Questions
🙋🏽♀️ For Nominators
Q: Who can I nominate?
Any mom you believe deserves to be celebrated. Maybe she’s juggling a lot, going through something tough, or just showing up every day with love and strength. She doesn’t have to be struggling to be nominated—being a mom is hard enough, and that’s reason enough.
Q: Does the mom I nominate have to live in South Florida?
Yes. Right now, Plenteemore is focused on serving moms from Orlando through South Florida. As we grow, we hope to expand beyond that.
Q: Can I nominate myself?
Yes! Moms rarely ask for credit, but that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve it. If you’re showing up and doing your best, this space is for you too.
Q: Will every nominated mom receive a gift?
Right now, we select one mom each month to receive a surprise gift. Some months, if we have extra to give, we may surprise more—but for now, it’s typically one mom at a time.
🫶 For Donors & Sponsors
Q: What’s the difference between a donation and a sponsorship?
A donation is a contribution from an individual community member—anyone who wants to give, regardless of business affiliation. A sponsorship is from a business, whether they’re contributing cash or covering a specific monthly gift through a sponsorship package.
Q: How much do sponsorships typically cost?
Sponsorship packages vary depending on the gift. Most range from $500 and up. Businesses can choose to sponsor 25%, 50%, or 100% of a gift once it's finalized.
Q: Can a business donate without sponsoring a specific package?
Absolutely. If a business prefers to give without choosing a specific gift, they can still make a general donation and be recognized as a sponsor.
Q: Are donations tax deductible?
Not yet. We’re currently in the process of becoming a 501(c)(3). For now, Plenteemore is a registered nonprofit in the state of Florida. You’ll still receive a receipt for your records.
Q: What do sponsors receive?
Depending on the sponsorship level, businesses may receive:
-
A thank-you post on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
-
A sponsor shoutout in our monthly email newsletter
-
A listing on our website under “Sponsors” or “Community Supporters”
-
The opportunity to include a short message to the mom receiving the gift
-
Priority access to sponsor future giveaways
You’re also welcome to remain anonymous if that’s your preference.
🤝 For Business Collaborators
Q: I own a business—how can I collaborate?
If you offer a product, service, or experience—like beauty services, spa treatments, groceries, digital products, or anything that could brighten a mom’s day—we’d love to hear from you. Fill out our [Collaboration Form] to tell us what you’d like to offer.
Q: Do I need to be a South Florida business to collaborate?
Not necessarily. While we prioritize local gifts for in-person experiences, we also welcome digital products, gift cards, or deliverable items that can come from anywhere.
Q: Will my business be featured if I collaborate?
Yes! If your product or service is chosen as part of a gift, you’ll be featured on our social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), in our email newsletter, and optionally on our website—unless you choose to stay anonymous.
💬 General
Q: Why do you do this?
Because being a mom is hard—and that alone is reason enough to show up with love. I’ve seen my own mom struggle. I’ve heard story after story from women who carry so much. And I feel called by God to give back.
Today, I live a blessed life, and I believe it's my responsibility to give from that place. Plenteemore is my way of saying thank you—to my mom for all of her efforts, and to the people who stepped in when she couldn't do it all.
Q: How can I help beyond donating?
Share our page. Tag a business. Nominate a mom. The more people who know about Plenteemore, the more love we can give. Every repost, referral, and recommendation helps us keep this going.
